Warehouse Locations
We ship orders from two fulfillment centers: our USA Warehouse and our International Warehouse.
Customers located in the United States generally choose the US warehouse option because delivery is faster and it avoids most customs-related delays.
Orders shipped from our international warehouse are delivered smoothly in over 90% of cases worldwide.
Delivery Timeframes
USA Warehouse (Domestic USA Orders):
1–4 business days
International Warehouse (Worldwide Orders):
5–12 business days
Every order is packaged carefully using secure and discreet shipping methods to protect your privacy.
Non-Arrival & Customs Policy
If your order has not arrived, please allow up to 4 weeks before contacting us.
In the rare event that your package is seized by customs in your country, contact us immediately and provide:
A scanned copy of the official seizure letter
A new delivery address
Once verified, we will reship your order free of charge.
Please note that we do not offer reshipments to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Norway, France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, North Korea, South Korea, Philippines, Switzerland.
If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Shipping Method & Tracking
All packages are shipped via first-class or priority registered airmail.
If you do not receive a valid tracking number within three business days after submitting your payment details, please email us at info@nakon-medical.com, and we will provide an update.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is $25 USD per order.
For express delivery options, please contact us directly for availability and pricing.
Estimated Arrival Times
International deliveries typically arrive within 5–12 business days.
USA domestic orders are usually delivered within 1–4 business days.
We maintain nearly a 100% delivery success rate across Europe and the United States. Delivery success to Canada averages approximately 80%.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Orders are shipped to the exact address entered during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Optional Shipping Insurance
Customers may add shipping insurance by paying an additional 10% of the total order value.
With insurance coverage:
If your package is lost or damaged, we will reship your order without limitation.
You receive a full delivery guarantee under the insurance option.
Insurance is not available for the following countries:
