Shipping Locations

We operate from two fulfillment centers: USA Warehouse and International Warehouse.

Customers within the United States typically choose our US warehouse option. Orders shipped domestically arrive faster and avoid most customs-related delays.

For international warehouse shipments, we maintain a smooth delivery process with a success rate exceeding 90%.


Delivery Timeframes

USA Warehouse (within the United States):
1–4 business days

International Warehouse (worldwide):
5–12 business days

All orders are carefully packaged using secure and discreet shipping methods to ensure privacy and safe delivery.


Important Shipping Information

Please allow up to 4 weeks before contacting us regarding a missing shipment.

If your package is held or seized by customs in your country, contact us immediately and provide:

  • A scanned copy of the official seizure letter

  • A new shipping address

Once received, we will arrange a free reshipment promptly.

Please note: We do not offer reshipments to the following countries:

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Norway, France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, North Korea, South Korea, Philippines, Switzerland.

Shipping Method

All packages are sent via first-class or priority registered airmail service.

If you do not receive a valid tracking number within three business days after submitting your payment information, please email us at info@nakon-medical.com, and we will provide an update.


Shipping Fees

Standard shipping costs $25 USD per order.

If you require express delivery, please contact us directly for availability and pricing.


Estimated Arrival

Most international deliveries arrive within 5–12 business days.
USA domestic orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days.

We maintain an almost 100% delivery success rate to Europe and the United States. Delivery success to Canada averages around 80%.


Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.


Shipping Insurance Option

Customers may add shipping insurance by paying an additional 10% of the total order value.

With insurance coverage:

  • If a package is lost, damaged, or fails to arrive, we will reship the order without limitation.

  • You receive a full delivery guarantee under the insurance policy.

Insurance coverage is not available for the following countries:
